After premiering all the way back in November 2022, Tulsa King returns with its second season September 2024. The crime drama series stars Sylvester Stallone as Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a Mafia capo who after being released from prison, is tossed away to Tulsa, Oklahoma, which would become the site of his new crime empire. This season, it’s not just Dwight and his crew that have their eyes on the territory, facing threats from a Kansas mob and a powerful local businessman.

Behind Tulsa King Season 2
Of course, the poster boy is Sylvester Stallone, as you know. But the show packs big names behind the camera, being executive produced by Taylor Sheridan from hit series Yellowstone, and written by Terrence Winter from major titles like the Sopranos and the Wolf of Wall Street. The series would have its fair share of controversial rumors, one being that Sheridan and Winter had been embroiled in some form of conflict at one point, and another rumor implicating Stallone as having insulted extras on set. In any case, the show looks to be back on track now with the release of its newest season.
