How to Watch The Conners Season 6

The Spool Staff
December 3rd, 2024

If you think about it, The Conners getting a renewed sixth season is a miracle in itself. Between the controversial departure of its (former) main star, the writers’ strikes, and constant streaming pressures, the ABC sitcom is doing pretty well all things considered. It receives good ratings and even better reviews, but despite the show’s respectable success, there’s a huge possibility that season six may be The Conners’ final season.

So whether you’re just tuning in out of curiosity or want to know how the journey of Dan Conner (John Goodman) and his kin will conclude, you’ll want to strap in your Doc Martens and read on to know how to watch America’s favorite and most relatable middle-class family on TV.

Where to watch The Conners season 6

The new season of The Conners will air on ABC every Wednesday, 8:00 PM ET, beginning February 7, 2024. New episodes will be available to stream on Hulu the next day, February 8th.

There are two ways to watch The Conners season 6: live on ABC or the next day on Hulu.

Season five was okay, but not the best

The Conners is usually hailed for being a relatable and empathetic show about salt-of-the-earth Regular Joes, an increasing rarity in a TV atmosphere that’s much more interested in shock and scandal, instead of simplicity. But season five was one of its weakest yet, a display of mundane averageness and predictability when it clearly could’ve done more. Expectations are high, then, for the upcoming season, not just because it might be The Conners’ swan song, but because there’s much to be redeemed.

The first five seasons of The Conners are available to watch on Hulu

There are currently 93 episodes of The Conners available to stream on Hulu. Though the show usually airs about 20 episodes per season, critics are predicting that season six might air just 13 episodes.
