Having one’s own ranch in the country can be very beautiful, but its isolated nature can make you feel very alone. For many people, that’s a wonderful thing… At least until an emergency happens, and help is urgently needed. Of course, most real life emergencies wouldn’t involve an alien inspired by the likes of Robert McCammon’s Stinger novel, but we’re excited to see how Ian McCulloch, who teamed up with James Wan, adapts this book into a thrilling, horror series.

Who stars in Teacup?
Most of the main ensemble in Teacup are part of the Chenoweth family. Maggie is portrayed by Yvonne Strahovski, who you might recognize from The Tomorrow War, while Scott Speedman from The Strangers portrays James. Kathy Baker from Edward Scissorhands portrays Ellen, General Hospital‘s Caleb Dolden portrays Arlo, while Émilie Bierre comes all the way from Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent to portray Meryl.
The other family that comprise Teacup‘s characters are the Shanleys. Blindspot‘s Chaske Spencer portrays Ruben, Diany Rodriguez from Twisted Metal portrays Valeria, while Yellowjackets‘ Luciano Leroux portrays Nicholas. Capping off the ensemble is House of Cards‘ Boris McGiver as Donald Kelly and Daredevil‘s Rob Morgan as McNab.
