Three of the four Sister Wives are wives no longer. After season 18, fans of the Brown family wondered where they would go next, and season 19 follows their new lives, and even a new romance. With the fate of the family up in the air, here are the ways fans can watch their exciting journey without cable.

Where to watch Sister Wives Season 19

Each episode of Sister Wives Season 19 airs every Sunday at 10 PM ET/PT starting September 15, 2024, with streaming the following day on Max and Discovery+.

There are three ways to watch Sister Wives Season 19: live on TLC, or streaming on Discovery+ and Max.

Sister Wives Season 19 on TLC

You can watch Sister Wives Season 19 on TLC without cable on one of these cord-cutting services. Note that availability varies by region for Hulu with Live TV and Fubo.

Fubo

Designed for the ultimate sports fan, Fubo is an on-demand and live TV service that streams games from multiple leagues including the NFL, NBA, MLB, and the Premier League. You can get up to 215 live channels on your lineup, which includes coverage on RSNs and local stations, though you might have to pay extra if you want premium entertainment channels like Starz and Showtime.

Hulu with Live TV

Combining the best of streaming and cable, Hulu with Live TV pairs Hulu’s original programming like Only Murders in the Building, imports like Normal People, and licensed ABC shows like Modern Family with live TV channels like CNN, CBS, and TCM to give you an all-in-one TV package. The plans start at $77/month (with ads), but for an additional fee, you can upgrade to a bundle that removes commercials and throws in Disney+ and ESPN+ to the mix.

YouTube TV

Often dubbed as the best cordless replacement to cable, YouTube TV is a live TV streaming platform that gives you access to more than 100 channels, sporting events, local channels, unlimited DVR space, and up to three simultaneous streams. But what really gives YouTube TV its edge is customization; depending on your needs, you can easily add premium channels like HBO, sports channels like NFL Redzone, and Spanish channels like Unimas to your preferred lineup.

Fubo Elite

If you're a sports fan looking to cover all your bases, Fubo Elite has more than 256 channels and 130 live events that cover sports of all kinds, from basketball to cricket to golf. Channels include ESPN, CBS Sports Network, FS1 and FS2, beIN Sports, NFL Network, all the BIG Networks, and more. Depending on where you live, you should also have all the major local networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX. Even though Fubo Elite is a notch above the basic tier, with unlimited DVR and simultaneous screens, it still notably does not have Turner channels like CNN, TNT, and TBS.

Sister Wives Season 19 on Discovery+

After Discovery acquired TLC, it’s unsurprising that Sister Wives Season 19 streams on their respective streaming service. Here is a refresher and a link to subscribe:

Discovery+

If reality shows and documentaries are a staple in your household, then Discovery+ might be a good addition to your streaming lineup. Aside from originals, the streaming service offers content from channels like CNN, TLC, The Food Network, HGTV, and Animal Planet, to name a few, while some of the titles you can expect to see are Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unkown, 90 Day Fiance, and MILF Manor. It has two plans, one costing $5/month and another ad-free plan that costs $9/month.

Sister Wives Season 19 on Max

With the merger of Discovery and WarnerMedia, plenty of the Discovery+ library also happens to be available on Max, making it suitable for people who do love reality TV, but also love watching primetime dramas and blockbuster movies as well. Here is a refresher and a link to subscribe:

Max

While best known for streaming epic shows like Succession, Game of Thrones, and The White Lotus, Max rounds its selection with blockbusters from Warner Bros., news from CNN, reality shows from Discovery, and for an additional fee, live sports from B/R. Max’s plans begin at $10/month, but if you already have HBO, you should check with your TV provider to see if it can give you Max at no additional cost.

What’s new happening with Sister Wives?

In season 18, patriarch Kody Brown saw his first three wives leave him, leading to a monogamous relationship with his newest wife Robyn, which was something both of them didn’t anticipate.

Christine, one of the former wives, has now found love with another man, and is now ready to start a new family with a wedding within the year. Meanwhile, Meri and Janelle seek to separate from the family, in their own ways. Meri petitions their church for a release, their version of divorce, while Janelle just plans to move out of Flagstaff, in part due to mourning her son Garrison.

All nineteen seasons are available to watch on Max and Discovery+
