Brand new true crime docuseries Little Miss Innocent premiers September 20 on Hulu. The limited series covers the case of Kaitlyn Conley, who in 2017 was found guilty of killing Mary Yoder, Conley’s boss and mother of Conley’s ex-boyfriend Adam. Conley has since strongly maintained her innocence through multiple appeal attempts, and this series features unreleased footage and new interviews from Yoder’s family, Conley’s family, and most crucially from Kaitlyn Conley herself.

Hulu
Hulu may be on the cheaper side at just $7.99/month, but the on-demand streaming service boasts an ever-growing catalog of original series like The Handmaid’s Tale, primetime hits like Modern Family, and BBC imports like Killing Eve. It’s also where you’ll find FX’s critically acclaimed titles like Atlanta, Fargo, and Reservation Dogs. Hulu runs on ads, but if you can’t stand commercials, you can go ad-free for $17.99/month.
Stances on the verdict
Despite being found guilty, the popularity of Conley’s case would attract many different stances. A website simply called freekaitlynconley.com appeals to Conley’s innocence almost entirely from an emotional perspective, painting Conley as kind, gentle, and loving. Others think the evidence against her is obvious and clear cut. At the time of sentencing, Yoder’s own family was split on whether Conley was guilty or not.
